Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role includes performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep.

The position offers 7:00am–3:30pm shifts, a pay rate of $14.50–$15.50 per hour, and benefits as part of SBM's comprehensive packages. Bilingual applicants are a plus, and a focus on safety and professional conduct is required.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bilingual a plus

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
