Service Partners in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on serving as the key customer contact for the branch, handling order support and providing product information to customers.

You will work closely with Outside Sales reps, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; valid driver if driving for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities: Currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and enhance our business. The Inside Sales Rep will serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers. If you are a resourceful team player, with a positive, professional attitude, then we want you to join our team working closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.

Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality. Ability to maintain a positive rapport with customers, providing world class service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exemplary customer service skills, analytics and problem- solving skills. Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required. 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service or insides sales role. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
