• Manufacturing/food production or distribution experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using the company's ERP system.
• Communicate with customers about orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and account needs.
• Monitor ordering trends and proactively respond to changes in purchasing activity.
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, order discrepancies, and service concerns.
• Maintain customer pricing and account information for accuracy.
• Support export documentation and customer requirements as applicable.
• Assist with samples, promotions, and special customer projects.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support for Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and service levels.

This is a full-time position based in Sunland Park, NM.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring every order is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other internal teams to provide timely communication and deliver outstanding customer experience.

In this role, you will:

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 1–2 years of customer service, order entry, or administrative experience
• Manufacturing, food production, or distribution experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience working with ERP or order management systems is preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
