Job summary

LoanMax in Springdale, AR is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle loan processing, calls, and customer inquiries in a full-time role. You will work at our location at 2223 W Sunset Ave, Suite A, Springdale, AR 72762 to deliver high-quality service.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 18+ years old, basic computer and data entry skills, and the ability to pass background and credit checks plus a drug screen. Collections experience is a plus.
