Job summary

LoanMax is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Detroit, MI location. This full-time role offers a stable schedule: Monday–Friday with weekend hours as listed, and on-site training provided.

Primary duties include loan processing and ensuring accurate data entry while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is at least 18, can work full-time, and has a high school diploma or equivalent, with basic computer skills and the ability to pass background and credit
