WaFd Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Seattle, WA. You will be the first friendly face for customers, handling transactions accurately while delivering outstanding service.

This role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and a helpful attitude as you support banking needs, use multiple computer systems, and adhere to federal regulations. Monday through Friday hours with weekends off are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
