Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service.

Customer Service Representative

Provide an unrivaled Customer Experience

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide responsive and reliable customer service via phone & email
• Use of ERP system to process sales orders, shipments, Credits/Debits & RMA’s.
• Knowing the product line to help troubleshoot
• Ability to work alongside multiple departments (Insurance, Billing, Inside Sales) to ensure our customers are fully taken care of.
• Other duties as assigned.

This role's pay range is between $21.53/hr - $32.30/hr (based on location). This role is also eligible for bonus.
