Reports to: West Territory Sales Manager

Core Focus
Floral Image North America, a leading service provider of lifelike flower arrangements and plant displays, seeks a highly motivated and positive Sales Representative to join our team! The Floral Image North America (FINA) 1099 Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for supporting the wider team effort through retaining, refreshing arrangements, and expanding our customer base. CSRs achieve this goal through driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding their customer base. A successful CSR is someone who can adapt to various client scenarios. Job Description
This position is a unique opportunity where you will be working to service each of our accounts in the greater Bay Area. This position will be fully remote on the road in the company van and will involve interacting with clients in various businesses.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management
    • Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues.
    • Perform weekly refreshes of arrangements for current customers.
  2. Sales Support
    • Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers.
    • Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory and develop ideas with TSM.

Work Environment
This is a remote/from the road work position, with 100% travel in the San Jose region. CSRs will be provided with a company vehicle, computer, and cell phone. The vehicle is branded and is used for transporting the products that our customers love. This job occasionally operates in a professional offsite office environment where business attire is required. Floral Image offers training, full support, and specific skills training for territory planning, the customer service process, approach, and the use of all technology to help make the job as seamless and efficient as possible.
