A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and CRM/ERP proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, transportation or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or order management in an international environment.
• Experience in ACCAP is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and coordinate inquiries across commercial, technical and operational teams.
• Process customer orders and amendments accurately and ensure documentation is compliant.
• Log and manage customer inquiries and complaints in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of customer, shipment and order information for compliance and audits.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound forwarding, track shipments, and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Coordinate export/import documentation and ensure regulatory compliance for overseas shipments.
