Job summary

Mondi is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage orders, coordinate production and invoicing processes. The role involves reviewing orders, artwork and scheduling production, while ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate documentation across departments.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in manufacturing customer service, with strong confidentiality and communication skills. Opportunities include growth within a global packaging and paper leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with customer and sales representatives to assure customer satisfaction
• Enter and review new orders; Schedule orders.
• Review artwork for new orders and changes to artwork when needed
• Set up customer orders for production in database system
• Coordinate finished product releases
• Invoice customers for shipments
• Track orders through manufacturing process
• Prepare weekly inventory reports
• Coordinate necessary documents for billing with appropriate department
• Research customer inquiries
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings

About The Role

In this position, you will review customer requests for new orders, review artwork for customer orders, set up order in database system, assist in scheduling production, coordinate finished product releases, invoice customers and inventory tracking.

Your Mission
