National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to greet clients, answer questions, schedule appointments and process payments at our Rapid City, SD location.

You will handle mail and emails, maintain client records in our practice management software, and escalate complex issues to senior staff, with a minimum of one year related experience. This role supports a team delivering high-quality pet care nationwide.
