Candidates will have excellent sales and communication skills with the ability to take initiative when responding to customer needs. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customers' day-to-day financial transactions. This position is also responsible for assisting customers in opening accounts and educating them on all the services Lincoln Federal Savings Bank offers to help them reach their financial goals.
