Uline is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Kenosha, WI branch. This role pays from $27 to $32 per hour, with a $2 shift differential, and offers strong training to help you build customer relationships and deliver legendary service.

You will handle orders, answer product, pricing and shipping questions, and support customers via phone, email and chat using our world-class tools. We value problem-solving, clear communication and eagerness to learn, with on-site teamwork and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
