What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and product inquiries
  2. Process customer returns in accordance with established department policies
  3. Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve billing disputes
  4. Offer feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
  5. Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry or in a call center/customer service role
  2. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  3. Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  5. Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
