Bierman Autism Centers
At Bierman Autism Centers, we believe in making every interaction meaningful — whether it’s with our patients, their families, or the communities we serve. We’re passionate about delivering outstanding care and creating supportive environments for children with autism. None of this would be possible without a strong, compassionate, and dedicated team behind the scenes. That’s where you come in.
We’re currently seeking a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping others, communicating with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring that people feel heard and supported, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of the families and partners who reach out to Bierman Autism Centers. This means you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impression every day. Your responsibilities will include:
Because this is a part-time, remote position, you’ll also be expected to manage your time effectively, work independently, and stay connected with your team through regular virtual check-ins.
This is a people-first role, so we’re seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering great service. The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience in a call center, healthcare, education, or customer service setting is a plus, but it’s not required. If you have the skills, the attitude, and the willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
At Bierman Autism Centers, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that values collaboration, compassion, and growth. Even though this role is remote, you’ll feel connected through team support, ongoing training, and opportunities to contribute ideas that shape the way we serve families.
We also understand the importance of balance. As a part-time team member, you’ll have flexible hours designed to fit into your life while still making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you. Please click Apply here on LinkedIn, upload your resume, and share a short note about why you’re excited about this role.
At Bierman Autism Centers, every call, every email, and every interaction matters. Join us in creating a supportive and welcoming experience for the families we serve.
