Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pauls Valley, OK for a contract-full-time role in a healthcare setting. You will provide courteous support to customers, answer inquiries, and assist across departments, helping to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and literacy, and strong communication skills. 18+ years old and computer-literate with the ability to learn CS software are expected.

The Customer Service Representative provides service andcourteous support to client’s customers. The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provideinformation or assistance in response to customer inquiries andhandles/resolves complaints in various departments/specialties.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (as applicable)

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required

• One year experience in the customer service industrypreferred

• Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customerservice software applications

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age
