Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform janitorial duties and maintain sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves operating motorized cleaning equipment, reporting hazards, and following all safety policies.

You may drive to various sites as needed, and a valid driver’s license could be required by business needs. The ideal candidate has basic reading and communication skills, is bilingual a plus, and can work well in a team to support shift

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• May be forklift certified per job site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team and support shift lead with punch-list items.
• Fill in during staff shortages.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.

Title:Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description:Job OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
