Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform janitorial duties and maintain cleanliness across assigned areas. The role requires operating cleaning equipment and reporting hazards to supervisors, while adhering to safety rules and professional conduct.

The position supports a team environment, with the ability to drive to multiple customer sites as needed. A valid driver's license may be required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license if required; MVR checks may apply.
• Forklift certification may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
