Job summary

Graybar in Orlando, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a primary liaison for customers, entering orders and addressing requests with timely, courteous support. You will handle calls and written communications, helping customers with product selection and application while coordinating orders and billing on a day-to-day basis.

The role emphasizes strong communication, tact, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to contribute to sales on inbound calls and to grow

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.

• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests and providing support needed in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

In this role you will:

Compensation Details:

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $18.66 per hour depending on experience.
