Position overview: As Customer Service Representative, you’ll take inbound calls from individuals looking for general information about NUC. You’ll assist with basic questions related to admissions, financial aid, and student services. When needed, you’ll connect callers with the appropriate departments for more specific support. You’ll be part of a supportive team that wants to see you succeed and grow. This role offers a great opportunity to build your skills while contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Answering inbound calls from prospective students and the public
  • Providing friendly, clear, and helpful service
  • Sharing general information and transferring calls when appropriate
  • Learning to navigate internal systems to look up and share accurate details
  • Working closely with your team to ensure a consistent and welcoming caller experience
  • Logging call details and outcomes in our CRM system

About you:

  • You’re friendly, professional, and eager to learn
  • You enjoy talking with people and providing helpful information
  • You’re reliable and take pride in doing quality work
  • You have previous customer service or call center experience
  • You can work in-office at our Orlando, FL location
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
