Job summary

Bunzl is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City to support business customer accounts with a high volume of calls, emails, and orders. You’ll collaborate with sales, warehouse, and billing to ensure accurate, timely order processing and issue resolution.

You’ll handle inquiries, maintain product knowledge, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams while working onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and written channels.
• Experience with order entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.

Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll support business customer accounts by handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You’ll work closely with a team of 6–8 peers to resolve order, product, pricing, billing, and delivery issues quickly and accurately. This role acts as a key customer support liaison between sales, warehouse operations, billing, and customers—ensuring a smooth order experience from start to finish.

Location & Schedule

This is an onsite role in our Oklahoma City, OK office. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or account support experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions to resolve customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
• Experience with order entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written).
• Ability to manage high call volume and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & CoPilot).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a willingness to cross-train and support others.
• Experience with AS400 or similar ERP/order management system preferred.
