Job summary

Acrisure in the United States is seeking a full-time customer service representative to support phone, chat, and email interactions, with a 40-hour workweek and a starting salary of $16–$18 per hour based on experience. You will document customer records, build a knowledge base of products, and handle mailings, while collaborating with teammates to provide outstanding service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong communication, multitasking ability, and solid computer skills;

Starting Salary: $16-$18/hour based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service over the phone, online chat, or email.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Mail requested documentation.
• Complete daily tasks when not on the phone or chat.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients with an enthusiastic attitude.
• A problem solver with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to build trust by working as a team member, as well as independently, with minimal supervision.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
