Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Service Center Richmond - Broad St to greet customers and provide extraordinary service while coordinating rental cars and insurance requirements. You will monitor workload and help load level requests for the center, creating a smooth, one-stop experience for all customers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations and billing.
• Support load level processes and general center operations.

Service Center Richmond - Broad St JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
