Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for a front desk/administrative support role in Norman, OK. You will greet customers, manage calls and inquiries, and coordinate with the General Managers and Service Advisors to keep the shop running smoothly.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving to ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence and route appropriately.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and enter data into accounting systems; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
