Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Please note that this is an on-site role, so a commute Monday through Friday is required.

The Customer Service role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem resolution. As the primary point of contact for customers, this position acts as a bridge between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and providing information about products and services.

The importance of this role cannot be overstated; it directly impacts the organization’s reputation and customer retention rates. A successful Customer Service representative is not only knowledgeable about the company’s offerings but also possesses strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. By fostering positive interactions and resolving issues swiftly, this role generates valuable feedback for continuous improvement while driving sales and enhancing customer loyalty. Customer Service Representative Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries in-store

Customer Service Representative Requirements
