A family-owned transportation company, N&M Transfer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their support team in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role involves managing customer pick-up orders, addressing requests, and ensuring smooth communication with drivers and dispatch. Position Description
N&M Transfer is searching for Customer Service Representatives to work on our Support team at our corporate office in Neenah. Our Customer Service Reps are responsible for entering pick-up orders from customers as well as dealing with high volume and special requests. Coordinating and/or trouble shooting with OS&D to resolve customer issues. Verifying ETA’s on deliveries by communicating with drivers, dispatch, or by using driver tracking system. This position will have hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
