What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide support and an effortless experience to policyholders regarding insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs
• Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
• Take ownership to ensure exceptional service for each caller's needs
• Assist customers over the phone, demonstrating knowledge of insurance products and processes
• Maintain a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours

What is Required (Qualifications):

• A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple programs
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience in insurance or related fields could enhance candidacy
