The role offers a union payscale with starting pay at $26.97 per hour and progression to $29.33 per hour over time. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, healthcare, pension, and holidays, with eligibility after meeting location policy.

Qualifications

• Computer literate and proficient with standard telephone systems.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to operate standard telephone systems.
• DOT drug testing and physical may apply under regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or by redirecting to a supervisor.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Perform other duties as required.

Position Subject To Collective Bargaining Agreement

• $26.97-29.33 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting pay $26.97 with progression to $29.33 over 3 years.

Benefits Include

• Vacation : 1 week after 1 year of service, 2 weeks after 2 years of service, 3 weeks after 5 years of service, 4 weeks after 13 years of service.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
