Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Easy Money location in Mobile, AL. You will help community members access financial solutions and process transactions in a high‑performance environment.

You'll receive hands-on training and coaching to support your long‑term career growth within our growing, multi-brand company.

• Assist customers with transactions (check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments).
• Provide in-store service and help customers access the financial solutions they need.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll help people in your community access the financial solutions they need—right when they need it the most. You’ll play a pivotal role in our high-performance environment by building connections with our diverse customer base and processing transactions (i.e. check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments) while providing exceptional in-store experiences.

The hourly wage for the position is $15.00 per hour. The hourly rate is just one of many elements that make up our Total Compensation package.
