AmeriVet in Michigan is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative for Great Lakes Animal Hospital. You will be the first and last contact for clients and their pets, delivering a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting the veterinary team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking ability, and a calm demeanor in a fast-paced hospital, with customer service experience and basic computer skills. Veterinary software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression

• Check clients in and out, ensuring accuracy of patient information and services rendered
• Process payments, provide estimates, and discuss financial policies with confidence and clarity
• Maintain accurate medical records and client communications in the practice management system
• Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and preventative care recommendations
• Handle difficult or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
