Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with our food program.
• Work inside and outside the store, maintaining high appearance standards and providing fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye‑hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
