Job summary

Rocky Mountain Air Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support inside sales, process orders, renew contracts, input quotes, take payments, and assist customers with inquiries. You’ll help keep cylinders in balance and ensure accurate account information in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive hands-on training on industrial gases and welding equipment, with a rotational program that develops your skills and CDL B with HAZMAT endorsement.

Qualifications

• Team player who can also work independently.
• Physical ability to move gas cylinders and 60 lb boxes.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical, industrial sales through inside sales activities (orders, quotes, payments, contract renewals, account updates).
• Troubleshoot complex customer process issues.
• Complete warehouse duties (cycle counts, shipping/receiving).
• Provide logistics support to secure products for branches and assist delivery drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical, industrial sales through inside sales activities. This includes assisting customers with their accounts (renewing contracts, inputting orders, quote creation, taking payment, addressing invoice concerns, updating contact information, reviewing cylinder balances, etc.)
• Troubleshoot complex issues with customer processes/needs
• Complete warehouse-related activities such as cycle counting, shipping and receiving of product
• Support the customers obtaining their needed products via logistical support for your branch driver and sometimes back-up delivery driving

The Logistics

• Monday–Friday daytime hours, with occasional Saturday mornings (Denver and Casper locations only)
• On-call rotation with minimal after-hours demand
• Travel to other branches during your first year of training (expenses covered)
• Starting pay: $24–26/hour (based on experience)
