TT Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lane, Ohio, responsible for providing exceptional support to program management and customer-focused teams. This role involves managing order acceptance and updates throughout the production cycle while ensuring a world-class customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position is 100% onsite in Greater Cleveland and requires a U.S. Citizenship.

Introduction: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing support to program management, customer focused teams and exceptional service to assigned customers and accounts. The individual will be managing order acceptance, confirmations and necessary updates throughout the production cycle. Additional responsibilities include validating pricing integrity, providing delivery updates and driving order fulfillment.
Education/Experience/Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree or two to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and analyze periodicals, business reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to write clear and professional reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation. Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, customers, team members, and the public. Demonstrated strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to collect and analyze data, solve practical problems, and work effectively with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Consistently maintain a professional and positive image in all situations while exercising sound judgment.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, slide‑presentation tools, internet browsers, email platforms, and business‑systems software.
