The Cashier is the "go-to" person in the Service Department for customer assistance. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, setting appointments, updating customers on repair status, processing payments, communicating with insurance partners, and supporting light administrative duties. Customer service, professionalism, maturity, and ethics are essential.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred prior retail/receptionist or customer service experience
  • Consistent delivery of excellent customer service
  • Ability to work in a team, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to set appointments using online systems and understand basic technical info
