Field Service Technician Responsibilities

• Manage Service Routes: Maintain and service a designated customer route according to company standards and procedures.
• Stay Organized and Informed: Keep management updated on any issues or challenges encountered during service appointments. Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized service vehicle.
• Follow Safety Standards: Uphold a safe driving record and follow safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications & Traits

• Independent and Confident: You work well on your own, are self-motivated, and solve problems effectively.
• Time Management: Manage your time efficiently to meet service expectations.
• Professional Communication: Comfortable interacting with customers and office staff in a professional manner.
• Pest Control or Service Experience: Any previous experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Job Details
