Home Genius Exteriors in Ohio is hiring Inside Sales Reps who will be the powerhouse behind our marketing team, connecting with potential clients and setting the sales team up for victory. You’ll drive results by initiating conversations and guiding prospects through the process.

You’ll be the first point of contact on outbound calls, overcome objections, schedule consultations, and document every interaction in our CRM in a professional manner to keep workflow moving forward.
