Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring Inside Sales Reps to join our fast-paced sales team in Mogadore, OH. This is an in-office role with uncapped growth potential and a strong track record of rewarding hustle.

You’ll be the first contact for inbound calls, overcome objections, and schedule consultations. You’ll document every interaction in our CRM and apply what you learn from our paid training to drive win after win.

• Full-time, in-office


• 8 AM–5 PM or 11 AM–8 PM, including weekends.
