Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions in Houston is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.

You will help keep the office running smoothly by answering calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records, while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, reception, or dispatching
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using MS Office and standard office equipment
