Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Hesperia, CA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service to members, prospective members, and guests. You will greet guests, handle front desk tasks, and support member sign-ups and account updates with a focus on a welcoming environment.

You will respond to inquiries, guide tours, assist with check-ins and cancellations, and help resolve service issues while keeping the club tidy.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage with members and guests.
• Strong communication to convey information clearly and empathetically.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and member account details.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members to create a positive first impression.
• Answer front desk calls and assist with questions or tour information.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and route to supervisor as needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and organize front desk area.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Club Manager

Status: Part Time

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks:
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
  • Taking info calls and tours
  • Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Essential Behavior Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
