Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Henderson, NV is hiring a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while following safety procedures.

Work schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay rate of $14.00–$15.00 per hour. No strict education requirements; training provided.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe use.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform janitorial duties

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule

• Operate motorized cleaning equipment

• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area

• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures

• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees

• Perform repetitive tasks

• Maintain clean work area

• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules

• Take direction and respond to supervision

• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner

• Fill in during staff shortage

• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items

• Use proper personal protective equipment

• Present a professional appearance and conduct

• Understand customer service and satisfaction

• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
