Job summary

U-Haul recherche un(e) représentant(e) du service client pour le centre de Hanover, MA. Poste à temps partiel, vous aiderez les clients avec les produits et services, et gérerez les locations via U-Scan tout en inspectant et préparant l'équipement.

Qualifications

• Permis de conduire valide et capacité à maintenir un bon dossier de conduite.
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent exigé.
• Orientation service client et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur d'un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l'inventaire.
• Déplacer et connecter les camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l'équipement sur le parking, vérifier les niveaux de fluide.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures de location et accepter les retours d'équipement.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage des remorques.
• Remplir le propane (certification offerte après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après embauche).
• Autres tâches assignées.
• Participer à l'éducation continue via U-Haul University.
