Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and staying active.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers during rental and return.
• Prepare rental and return documents.
• Review rental agreements, rates, charges, and return information.
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions.
• Help resolve customer service issues.
• Provide directions, maps, and local area information.
• Assist with vehicle preparation when needed.
• Wash, vacuum, disinfect, and refuel vehicles as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

What You'll Do
