Job description

Join to apply for the Customer Service Representative role at Nor'east Cleaners.

Nor'east Cleaners has an opening for a Part-time Customer Service Representative at our locations in Manchester-by-the-Sea (15 Summer St) or Gloucester (6 Thatcher Rd). The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team. A background in customer service is a plus but not required; we will train. Responsibilities include greeting customers in-store and on the phone, inspecting clothes, and processing orders through our point-of-sale system. Availability of 3 or 4 pm to 6 pm on weekdays and/or 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays is preferred.

Store hours are 7 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 3 pm on Saturdays, closed on Sundays. No late nights or Sundays.
