What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product inquiries
- Process customer returns in accordance with established department policies
- Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges
- Provide feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partner with Sales Representatives to exceed customer service expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Availability to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
