Job summary

OneMain Financial in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide accurate, timely, and professional support on accounts, programs, benefits, policies, and services.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, or another customer-facing environment.

• Clearly explain programs, benefits, policies, procedures, and account requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions, actions, and resolutions.
• Navigate multiple systems and resources to efficiently research and complete customer requests.
• Follow established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experience.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers with questions about their accounts, programs, benefits, policies, and services. In the Role

Location: Fort Worth, TX On-site

Hours of Operation Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

Schedule This role is scheduled 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), with opportunities to move to other shifts as openings arise
