WaFd Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ferndale, WA. You will deliver friendly, accurate banking transactions and make a positive first impression in the branch. The role supports community financial health with Monday–Friday hours and weekends off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills.
• Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service and accurate banking transactions as a CSR.
