Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the United States to be the first contact with customers, prepare estimates, and manage work orders to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and engage with customers via email, phone, in-person, and onsite visits. The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships while supporting the FASTSIGNS Center.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Must able to perform other duties as assigned for FASTSIGNS Center.

• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
• Able to drive and go for site survey for customer's business locations
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients
• Must able to perform other duties as assigned for FASTSIGNS Center.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
