Job summary

Bear Staffing Services, Inc. in Lackawanna County, PA seeks a customer service/order entry specialist.

You will answer telephone calls, provide helpful support to customers, and enter orders into multiple order management systems. You will handle account maintenance such as setup, updates, and address changes, participate in improving operating procedures, and be willing to take on extra assignments during slower times.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Good PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Logistics PRO, AS/400, navigating websites, and using email.
• Drug screening and Background Screening.
