LoanMax Title Loans in Des Moines, IA is seeking a driven Customer Service Representative for a full-time, entry-level role with career potential. The position offers a Monday–Friday 10am–6pm schedule with Saturdays 9am–2pm and weekly pay, plus on-site training.

As a member of our team you will provide superior customer service, handle loan processing and cash, and make collection calls while meeting background and credit checks as part of our standard hiring process.

Qualifications
