SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas in Denver, CO. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professional interactions with staff and customers.

Typical shifts run Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with a pay range of $15.60 to $16.60 per hour. Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is appreciated, and applicants must be US Citizens.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.

Education and/ or Experience:

No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bilingual a plus

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
